Everyone involved with Camp Betty Campout is thrilled
to have Beth as our Stage Director. She is a wealth of information
and experienceand a lot of fun to work with (though she'll
probably be embarrassed that we're saying that).
We did persuade Beth to send us some pictures
for the website (below), though you'll notice you can't really see
her in most of them! You'll just have to meet her at the festival.
Beth says, "I am originally from Southern
California but have lived in Pennsylvania, Florida, New Mexico and,
now my favorite place, Humboldt County, California. I came here
to build a house from earth using a technique called 'cob.' In these
pictures you can see me working on perfecting my building skills."
"I learned to use magic; when that doesn't
work, I resort to a plain old digging tool. Sometimes I take time
out to play a game of croquet or to march in a parade."

The person
waving is Beth!

"Sometimes I take time out just to sleep,
and of course my dog helps me."

"I am energized and excited to be the House/Stage
Director of the first Camp Betty Campout, and I hope to see you
there."
